Le design graphique de l’ouvrage s’inspire des fanzines et autres objets imprimés que crées Valerie Philips à la main. 
Le choix des matières et des couleurs découle directement de l’univers pop qu’elle développe au fil de ses travaux photographiques. L’ajout de planches de stickers en fin d’ouvrage est un clin d’œil aux collages hybrides qu’elle réalise à partir de collections de stickers et scotch en tout genre qu’elle possède. Les stickers sont des reproductions de ceux de sa collection personnelle. C’est également une invitation pour le lecteur à continuer de coller des éléments dans le livre afin que l’objet devienne unique. Cet ouvrage est le fruit d’une étroite collaboration avec l’artiste. 
 
The graphic design of the book is inspired by the fanzines and other editorial objects that Valerie Philips has been creating for years. 
The choice of materials and colours stems directly from the pop world she develops through her photographic work. The addition of two sticker sheets at the end of the book is a nod to the hybrid collages she creates from collections of stickers and scotch tape of all kinds that she owns. It is also an invitation for the reader to continue to stick stickers on the book so that the object becomes unique. This book is the result of a close collaboration with the artist.
